General Skills Camp
Our San Jose Unity General Skills Camps have been designed to teach and develop fundamental basketball skills. The camps are open to both boys and girls entering grades 4th through 10th.
Camps will focus on both offensive and defensive drills, which will include various elements of passing, ball handling and shooting.
In addition to these general fundamentals, the Campers will also receive position-specific coaching, which will focus on point, wing, shooting, and post trainings.
Players will leave camp with new and improved skills that will help them continue progressing individually and as well-rounded team players.

In basketball your vertical Jump ability is very important. If you are able to jump higher than your opponent you can grab that rebound, get your shot off and have the ability to block you opponents shot at will.
Increase your vertical, be more explosive, increase your speed using San Jose Unity’s tried, and tested jump training techniques.
In the Vertical Leap Trainig Camps we introduce you to the drills and exercises that help build an explosive take-off. It will focus on strength and power which will make you a more explosive athlete and enhance your success in basketball or your chosen sport. The Vertical Leap training is a 4 day program and is open to players who are jr. high school age or older.
